Growing in Faith, Together

At Franklin Memorial, we believe that faith isn’t meant to be lived alone. Being active in God’s Word and learning alongside others allows us to grow deeper in our faith, find encouragement, and build lasting friendships. Whether you are looking for a community-wide focus or a group specific to men or women, we have a place for you to plug in, study Scripture, and share life together.

Community Bible Study

Weekly on Mondays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m Fellowship Hall

Join us each Monday evening from 6:30-7:30 p.m. for an engaging and enriching time of Bible study and fellowship. This study is open to the entire community, and everyone is welcome, whether you are new to the Bible or have studied it for many years.

Led by Pastor Ron Gurganus, this weekly gathering offers thoughtful, verse-by-verse teaching and discussion in a welcoming environment where participants can learn, ask questions and grow in their faith. Our current study is the Book of Galatians.

The group meets in the Fellowship Hall and would love to have you join us.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” - Psalm 119:105

All Are Welcome!

New Beginnings Ladies Bible Study

On the third Tuesday of each month at 12:00 noon, you will find a couple dozen ladies who have gathered in the Church Fellowship Hall to share in a meaningful time of encouragement and connection over lunch and Bible Study.

As a group, the Ladies Bible Study often take on a project to support a local non-profit with their financial gifts and collected donations.

The group’s current study is Christian Character from Life Guide Bible Studies, for reflection, discussion, and the application of God’s Word in everyday life.

The Anchor Fellowship is a gathering of men committed to strengthening their faith, serving the church, and encouraging one another. We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious. It is intended to include all the men of Franklin Memorial Methodist Church as well as neighbors, family, friends, and strangers.

Our time together includes prayers and praises, laughter, open discussion, and of course FOOD.

You are invited!  Please come and join us.  Our hearts and our doors are open.
